Texts used in flash should be written in HTML codes and not in flash. This will help Search engine spiders to crawl this text. These texts should contain keyword phrase as keyword density plays an important role in optimizing site. The more keyword phrase in the text, the better will be rank in Search Engines Result.

However, people miss the “title” attributes in Anchor tags which is quite important. Use keyword phrase in title attributes too. Use H1, H2, H3 tags in content. These tags should not be used more than 2 or 3 in the whole content.
